The best way to choose exterior colors is to look at other houses. When you find a house you like,  just write down the address and we can match those colors. This way, you know exactly what your house will look like.

If choosing from a color chart, it does not matter what paint company you are choosing from, as we can match from any chart.

With stucco homes, repairing the holes, large cracks and the scaling stucco that you find at the bottom of the walls are included in our advertized prices, which is usually  a much lower cost than re-dashing.

Painting stucco seals the surface and provides a more stain resistant finish and a more uniform color than dash coatings. It is not true that once stucco is painted it can not be re-dashed. 

In preparing peeling wood surfaces on older homes, lightly sandblasting the surface can be a more effective and  less expensive method than scraping, sanding, or water blasting.

When painting wood or metal crank-out windows, replacing the broken or missing glazing putty is included in the preparation.

We use a satin (slightly shiny) finish on the walls and trim that stays cleaner and lasts longer than conventional flat finishes.
